The Salvation Army (founded 1865, known as the Salvation Army from 1878) is organised into territories, divisions, and corps (branches); it is a Christian evangelical movement, particularly aimed at the socially disadvantaged. The Holyhead corps is part of the North-Western Division of the UK Territory.
