Letter from George Gissing to his sisters Ellen and Margaret Gissing. It opens: Dear sisters and enquires of general family matters: you must both of you write to me before long. From Madge [Margaret] I shall expect a volume, descriptive of her travels in barbarous lands; if it is nicely written we might perhaps have it published.
