John Curtis of Oddington Grange, dairyman, binds himself to William Blomberg for ten pounds on behalf of Samuel Priest of Charlton upon Otmore [Charlton-on-Otmoor], Labourer. Priest was convicted by magistrates on 11th May for cutting and carrying away 'two ashen poles' out of Oddington Wood, the property of William Blomberg. The condition of the agreement is that Priest should stay clear of Blomberg's property.
