Letter: Sarah Parry, Bridge Street, Llangefni to her uncle [? John Owen]

Scope and Content

LETTER: Sarah Parry, Bridge Street, Llangefni to her uncle [? John Owen]. She went to Bangor with Maggie and called at Miss Pritchard's who told them he had not arrived. They were so disappointed, they met three trains from Liverpool and when they returned home to Llangefni on the last train they got his telegram with the message that he would not be home for a few days. She says this is too bad as he won't see much of Maggie as she will be going away. She writes that Miss Campbell Pencraig is enquiring about him, and they met Mr. Hughes, The Sportsman at Bangor Station who was pleased to see them and looked in every carriage for him.
