These documents came to Oxfordshire Archives via the British Records Association in four instalments. SL145/1 came in 1965 and was given the Accession Number 577, SL145/2 in 1976, with the Accession Number 652, SL145/3 also in 1976 with the Accession Number 656, and SL145/4 in 1985 with the Accession Number 2501.
It is not clear how these records came to be associated with the Goldsmith's company.
