Photograph of a mural painted by College of Art students in the Lecture Room of the Hawthorn Building. The mural reconstructs the medieval Newarke precinct including Leicester Castle, St Mary de Castro, Trinity Hospital and the Church of the Annunciation. An article about the mural appears in the 1939-1943 press cuttings volume.
