Walter Ernest Dixon (1870-1931), Professor of Pharmacology, King's College London, and Director of Pharmacological Laboratories, Cambridge; Francis Hugh Adam Marshall (1878-1949), Lecturer in Agricultural Physiology, 1908-19, and Reader, 1919-43; and Ernest Basil Verney (1894-1967), Professor of Pharmacology, University College London, 1926-34, Reader in Pharmacology, Cambridge, 1934-46, and Shield Professor of Pharmacology, 1946-61.
