Volume refers to voice files of interviews with the author, 'to be found on my computer, or on a DVD', which do not appear to have been deposited with the volume. The CD contains pictures accompanying the memoires, along with text files describing them, which include details not present in the volumes.
The author has divided the memoires into 6 'volumes'; those he describes as Volumes 0, I and II are held within the first printed volume, while those he describes as Volumes III to V are held within the second.
