Stafford Howard, Office of Woods,to Cecil Foljambe regarding the cost and availability of allotments and other property, 11 February1897-3 March 1897; letters from William Stevenson to Cecil Foljambe regarding placenames and thehistory of Blyth Low Hill, Bassetlaw and Dunham on Trent, Nottinghamshire and an enclosedtranscription from the Public Record Office's Calendar of Close Rolls, 21 September 1895-7 April1902.

Several items in the collection are written on headed paper of the Office of Woods, Forests andLand Revenues, a department that administered Crown assets.
