Scope and Content

OTS Campaign was a national campaign organised by the CAP and the National Union of Students (NUS) Women's Campaign to address the availability of 'top shelf' pornography in high street newsagents. The campaign was aimed at WH Smith. A petition was circulated asking WH Smith to cease selling and displaying 'top shelf' publications. OTS was publicly launched at a press conference and reception on 14 Nov 1989.
