Scope and Content

Clough and Co. were land agents, surveyors, valuers and auctioneers based in Vale Street, Denbigh, Denbighshire. The company served various clients, mainly in Denbighshire, and was active during the second half of the 19th century and early 20th century. The company acted as agents for the Gwaenynog (Gwaynynog) and Brondyffryn estates, Denbigh, and Plas Ashpool estate, Llandyrnog, Denbighshire, and was also involved in the Vale of Clwyd Chamber of Agriculture.
