A photocopy of the ‘long version’ TS of ‘The bald twit lion’, stapled, with MS annotations (most added to the original). MS title on leaf 2 ‘BALD-TWIT LION. Long Version’. Contains a title page, entirely in MS, with an MS illustration of the lion. ‘9 illustrations’ mentioned on the title page but the only other drawing here is of the back of an elephant on the final leaf. MS numbering added to the photocopy in the top right hand corner shows ‘21’ and ‘24’ being ultimately replaced with ‘28’. TS foliation in the top centre from 2 to 10 (starting on leaf 3 including the title page).
