Newspaper cutting 'The camel boy'

Scope and Content

Newspaper clipping of the published version of the children’s story ‘The Camel Boy’. From The Shell Times, number 14, described at the top of the first leaf as ‘A Series of Stories for Younger Children – and Adults’. Both leaves stapled. The story itself is on the front of the first leaf and continues on the reverse of the second leaf. On the reverse of the first leaf is a section from a separate article about food transporation. On the front of the first leaf is a colour illustration relating to ‘The Camel Boy’, of a boy riding a camel through a desert, surrounded by clowns and orange cats. MS annotation in red at the top of the first leaf ‘Published Shell Times No 41 [should be 14] | Sept/Oct ’82’.
