Scope and Content

DECLARATION: Richard Jones of Beaumaris, currier, that he was the son of Griffith Jones, formerly of Beaumaris, currier, who was the son of Richard Jones, of the same place, currier.

Richard Jones who died 13 April 1859 and devised a messuage or dwelling house in High St., Bangor, in the occupation of Griffith Jones, pork butcher, to his son Griffith Jones for the term of his natural life and then devised the same unto the said RichardJones.

Griffith Jones died 19 April 1869.

The said messuage or dwelling house are now occupied by Charles Freeman, fishmonger and contracted to be sold to George Henry Ogden.
