(i) Dame Teresia Mostyn of Greenfield widow, Pyers Mostyn of Greenfield esq., and Sir Pyers Mostyn Baronet (Dame Teresia acting as guardian for her grandson the said Sir Pyers and his brother Charles Mostyn Brown, infants committed to her by the testamentary guardian appointed by their late father Sir Edward Mostyn, Baronet).
(ii) Henry Steeple of Holway gent. and John Richardson of Llannerchymor gent.
Reciting that (ii) have with other partners worked a mine in Sir Pyers' lands in Gronant under a lease from Sir Edward dated 07 Mar 1750, and have found it necessary to erect a water engine to drain it. (i) grant to (ii) liberty to divert a stream from above their lower corn mill and below the other corn mill, to work the water engine.
