Of John Bythill of Arthinwent [Arddynwent]; to his sister Jane Bythill 26s. per annum; to the poor of the parish of Mould [Mold] £50(owed to him by Thomas Williams of Halkyn) to purchase land in Mould parish worth £3 per annum, 40s. thereof to be paid to the churchwardens to buy clothes to be distributed to the poor yearly, and 10s. each similarly to the churchwardens of Nerquis and Trythen [Treuddyn]; to his godson, son of his brother William, £24 (owed to him by Griffith Jones of Llanverres [Llanferres]); to his sister Jane a pair of sheets, 2 blankets and a bolster; to his neighbour John David John ap Edward a pair of sheets and 3s. to buy him a pair of shoes against Allhollantide; to John Pretherig of Mould a sheet or a blanket, and a pair of shoes against Allhollantide.
Appoints as his executor his brother William Bythell, and as his overseers John Wynne of Nerquis gent. and William Williams of Arithinwent gent.
