Reciting thet the Earl has leased for 21 years to the other parties shares (specified) in copper lead iron tin or other mines in Tormoon(?) co. Devon and in the demesne of Torwood and Illsham co. Devon. It is agreed to reserve one sixth dish to the Earl and to appoint an overseer to be elected by all parties. Provision is made for payment of a person to manage the mines or erect blowing houses, smelting houses or stamping mills.
