Letters from H.P.R. Finberg (1900-1974), printer and author, to John Gray. Fourteen letters date between 1931 and 1933, and are concerned with arrangements for Finberg's marriage, at which Gray officiated, and ownership of the Alcuin Press, in which Finberg owned a half-share. One letter dated 1926 was written to Gray by Bernard H. Newdigate of the Shakespeare Press, Stratford-upon-Avon, but signed by Finberg on Newdigate's behalf and includes a MS postscript by Finberg.
H.P.R. Finberg was the son of A. J. Finberg (see JHG/1/1/16).
