Black and white reproduction of work by Jean-Louis Forain, titled Evanouissement à l'audience. Only state (but marked 1er état) like Guérin's reproduction. The work on the background especially the indications of a head looking over the lawyer's shoulder seems to have been burnished down on this impression. At any rate, it is all less distinct than in the Guérin reproduction, or in Kunstler's Forain
