Administrative / Biographical History

Enid Pierce Roberts was born in 1917 in Montgomeryshire and educated at the University College of North Wales where she graduated in 1938. During the Second World War she taught at various schools before returning to Bangor in 1946 and accepting a post as a lecturer at the Welsh Department of her old College. She retired in 1978.

Amongst her numerous published works are Detholion o hunangofiant Gweirydd ap Rhys, 1949; Braslun o hanes Lln Powys, 1965; and Gwaith Sin Tudur, 1980.
