Scope and Content

On letters, the weather, Osbert, the Great Morning, listening to a talk, wishing R. Owen was still about, writing to Miss Morley, a non-delivered letter, ceasing to keep a diary, copying pages Efie wrote down from their mother's dictation of reminiscences of her childhood, wishing their was someone who could tell her about the Isaacs and the Prentices, the L[ake] A[rtists] S[ociety], being asked to read a manuscript by a publisher, and Mrs Wilcox ringing to ask if they could come to tea.
