Scope and Content

Sent from Reading [probably to Dora and Barbara in Paris] regarding having much to say but little time, not having done anything for Christmas yet, Mrs Severn springing a miniature on her but only being able to pay 3 guineas for it, not going to Coniston, Pater [W. G. Collingwood] going to Leeds, the weather, Jantaculum night [a University of Reading tradition], functions happening this term including one where Patter [W. G. Collingwood was involved]having Ursula's friend Mr Jones to tea, the students' concert, and Dora's photographs.
