Scope and Content

(i) Rev.John Yale of Plase yn Yale, co.Denbigh, clerk.

(ii) Sarah Jones of Llwynon, co.Denbigh, widow and relict of John Jones late of Llwynon aforesaid, dec’d., and Frances Jones, spinster, only daughter of the said John and Sarah Jones.

(iii) John Jones of Llwynon, co.Denbigh, esq. (only son

and heir of the said John Jones deed. and Sarah

his wife), and Rev.Thomas Edwards, clerk, vicar of Wrexham, co.Denbigh.

(iv) Edward Partington of Chester, gent., and John

Parnell of Chester, gent.

Lease and release to (iii) of capital messuage called Plas yn Yale, messuages called Ty yn y Mynyde (with parcel of land called Cae Coch ucha), Tu Mawr, and Plas Dicus in

township of Bodanwidog, parish of Bryneglwys, co.Denbigh, and tithe of corn, grain, and hay from said messuages and lands in township of Bodanwidog, to uses (specified).

Consideration: intended marriage of the said John Yale

and Frances Jones, and £1000 paid to (iv).
