Map of Cilybebyll Demesne by John Williams, showing Cilybebyll House, the Old Mill, the road to Neath, the River Clydach; lands bounded by Maes-y-Llan Farm to the north, Blaen-y-Nant Farm to the east and south east, Hendre Laes Farm to the south, the road to Neath to the west, Wickva Farm to the north east, and land in the hands of the executors of the late Thomas Price, esq. to the south west. The plan shows fields, which are numbered, hedgerow and roadside trees, woods, buildings and the couses of old hedges. The names of some of the tenants have been included at a later date in pencil.
