LETTER: William Thomas & Co. Liverpool to Captain R. Jones, Amlwch informing his that the ship "Wynnstay" sailed on the 28th October from Iquique with a cargo of nitrate for a port in the U.K. or Continent at a freight of £1. 10s. d. per ton. On the 15th inst. they received a cable from Monte Video stating that the ship put into Falkland Islands as the Captain was sick and that he died there. The ship "Marechal Suchet" arrived on the 21st inst. at Port Townsend for orders to load a cargo of wheat at Tacoma and/or Seattle for a port in U.K. or Continent at a freight of £1. 15s. 0d. per ton.
