JUDGEMENT: Insurance tribunal at Havre set up to classify and assess the damage done to the ship "Lord Tredegar", while at the port of St. George, Bermuda, during her voyage from Savanna la Mar to Le Havre. The captain, Robert Jones, claimed damages firstly for the cost of harbouring at St. George and having repairs done to the ship which had been damaged by bad weather and secondly he wanted compensation for damage to his cargo of log wood which had to be unloaded while the repairs were carried out.
