Volume 2 of 2 in which Harrison records significant events in his life each year in preparation for writing his autobiography. This volume covers events from January 1882 to December 1889. He records events such as birthdays, deaths of friends and relatives, illnesses, the weather, an earthquake, social events, weddings, the letting of a shop, and more unusual or national and international events such as the Whitechapel murders and the death of the German emperor. Several pages are dedicated to each year but the notes are usually brief, the writing is on the recto only, and folios 65-101 are blank. There are a few additional notes on f.102.
