Complete draft typescript of the novel, and several pages of manuscript notes on the story. The typescript bears occasional annotations in Pullman's hand, and small post-it notes have been attached to various pages with manuscript notes in another hand, presumably that of the editor. 'The Tin Princess' appears to have developed out of early ideas for 'The Tiger in the Well', which were not used in that novel (see PP/08/01-04).
