James Ind, gent., of Fenstanton, Hunts., and Elizabeth his wife (she having been privately examined by Thomas Johnson, gent., Deputy of Chas. Greene, steward) surrendered out of Court by the hands of the said Deputy all those lands in Fenstanton (mentioned in MS Doc.918)...to the use of Lancelot Brown, esq., of Hampton Court, Msex...Signed by James Ind and Elizabeth Ind. Witnessed by Thos. Johnson, deputy steward.
