Glenreasdale estate was the private estate of Robert McAlpine (1868-1934), eldest son of Sir Robert McAlpine, chairman of Sir Robert McAlpine & Sons , civil engineering contractors, Clydebank, Scotland, and London, England. The Estate was situated near the Mull of Kintyre, Argyll & Bute, Scotland and was a prime location for shooting, one of Robert's favourite pastimes. The estate also operated a dairy farm.
