Includes: a letter from the Conservative Centre for Policy Studies relating to the possibility of another Black Paper; two letters from Caroline Cox relating to the Conservative Political Centre Education Study Group; two copy letters from Cox to the editor of the Times, relating to Labour proposals to abolish private education in 1980, and to his and others' disagreement with Conservative plans to merge 'O' Levels and CSEs into a common examination; and a letter to Cox from Tony [Dyson], relating to the school English syllabus for 1982.
