Puleston] and Hope for their help and to tell Owen Leech to make his sons be more careful with his mother's things; hopes he has removed the pear trees and elms and will do the same with the firs about Candlemas; the elms should be planted 32 feet apart and hopes his mother will provide thorns to fence them with but if not he is to buy some; has sent Marshall 2 vines; wants his cousin Speed to accept payment for his help so writer can ask him again if needed; asks recipient to inform him immediately of any developments about his lawsuit.
