Thomas Crewe to Sir John Trevor (Little St. Bartholomew's near Smithfield): the land mentioned in the previous letter is all arable and is leased to John Trevalyn without rent as he had paid a fine for it but he will now give £6 p.a.; John Trevalyn does not want to have to come to London as he has too much business about his tenement in Horsley; has offered his rent to Sir Richard who refused it and would not look at the accounts because he had a sore eye.
