Sir John Trevor to Thomas Crewe (Trevalyn): only one herriot is due from Wilkinson and his son may redeem it reasonably and if he is honest he may continue tenant so long as he does not turn his mother out if still alive; old Wilkinson was required to plant 20 ashes and 20 fruit trees so this must be checked and if not done must be required of his son; sends regards to his mother, uncle, aunt, Lady Hanmer and all his cousins.
