Term: From 1 Jan 1869 until terminated with 6 months written notice. Rent: 3 pounds and 3 shillings (also pay the Company 90 pounds at beginning of tenancy for the construction of the siding works). Term: From 25 Mar 1976, ongoing (until terminated by either party with 3 months notice). Rent: 50 pounds, payable in quarterly installments. Covenants by tenant: shall pay all rates, taxes and assessments (except landlord's property tax). They shall not use the arches for any purpose likely to be considered a nuisance nor allow any combustible or offensive material to be deposited therein, and the company's agents shall have access and inspection whenever they may deem it necessary.
