Minerals under the Plas Power estate, co. Denbigh, and part of the land over the same. Plan annexed.

Term: 42 years.

Rent: £1,600 and a royalty on coal of 1/12.

Original of D/BC/6824 [Draft Agreement for a reduction in the royalties due to (i) for working by (ii) of the upper seams in their collieries in Broughton and Bersham to a rate of 1/30 of the selling price instead of 1/12].
