DEPOSITION: Owen Owen of Minffordd, parish Llanddona, thresher, who is employed by John David and partners, Takers of Tithe in parish as above. O. O. was working in the Tithe barn and was joined by Abraham Evans the accused who said he was unwell and lay in the straw for about half-an-hour then left. O. O. finished his work and locked the barn. On returning some days later the threshed wheat was scattered about and not as he had left it.
