Also Sydney Turner's letters to the Times [Sydney Turner (1814-1879), youngest son of Sharon Turner (1768-1847), historian, was a divine who headed a reformatory school in London and published in 1855 on the need for reform of the system]. Has been to Ockham to visit a school where Miss Alice Lushington impressed her favourably.
