Release of legacies

Parties: 1) William Mister of Glantoury, Carm. esq. 2) Edward Taylor Mister of Glantoury, esq. 3) Charles Morse of the borough of Carmarthen, esq. and Sophia his wife (late Sophia Mister) 4) Rev. Edward Marshall Hacker of Enstone & Iffley, clerk (executor of William Taylor of Sandford House ). Property: legacy of £10,000 from William Taylor, thus loosing their claims on Taylor's estate, for £500 paid to Mary Mister before her death & £9500 paid to William Mister (making up the sum of £10,000 which was the legacy left to the granters by William Taylor)
