by which Hogan James, esq. of Finmere, revokes a deed made by himself & John James, since deceased of 02/Sep/1715, whereby enclosed lands called the Brierlands, about 34 acres, tithes of corn & ⅔ of tithes of wool, all in Steeple Barton and messuage & 2 yardlands in Sandford, were released to Waller Bacon, Thomas Hanbury, Nicholas Hammond, Philip Richardson & Nathaniel Appletree
