Detholion o gerddi gan ac yn llaw Hugh Jones ('Huw Myfyr') a John Evans ('Isfryn'). Cyhoeddwyd nifer o'r cerddi yng nghyfnodolion y cyfnod (nodir y manylion yn y gyfrol). = Anthologies of autograph poetry by Hugh Jones ('Huw Myfyr') and John Evans ('Isfryn'). Many of the poems were published in the periodicals of the day (details noted in volume).

Hefyd yn y gyfrol ceir toriadau o wahanol gyfnodolion, gan gynnwys llythyr i'r Faner oddi wrth 'Isfryn' parthed Ann Griffiths (ff. 11-12), a thoriadau yn dwyn ysgrifau marwolaeth 'Isfryn' (ff. 21 verso-22 verso). = 16670A: Some of the poems show signs of editing and some are dated. 16671A: Some poems are dated. There is an englyn to 'Isfryn' by 'Pedrogwyson' (the Reverend John Owen Williams, Madryn) on f. i verso. Also included in the volume are press cuttings from Welsh periodicals, including a letter relating to Ann Griffiths sent to Y Faner by 'Isfryn' (ff. 11-12), and press cuttings containing obituary notices of 'Isfryn' (ff. 21 verso-22 verso).
