Mines of lead ore in thirty-six meers on the mountain in Halkin [Halkyn], abutting on the west end on enclosed lands in the holding of Griffith Evans, and ranging by the hill called Moel y Cria in the township of Lygen ucha; also in one meer on each side of the said meers (map attached, showing shafts, incl. 'engine shaft', and Northop to Denbigh post road).

Term: 21 years.

Royalty: 30s. per ton of lead ore, boose and smythom.
