(ii) George Roberts of 14 Primrose Hill Road, Regents Park, co. Middlesex, gent., and Sampson Michell of Minera, co. Denbigh, mining engineer.

Mines of lead ore, calamine and black jack in land in Llanarmon containing 33 acres (map endorsed, showing Erryrys village and area westward).

Term: 21 years from 24 June 1890.

Royalty: 15s. per ton of lead ore, and 5s. per ton of calamine and black jack.
