(ii) Enoch Floyd of London, merchant, and Samuel Beachcroft of Wandsworth, co. Surrey, esq.

Mines of lead ore in thirty-six meers and a half on the mountain or waste ground in Northop and Halkin [Halkyn], near a hill called Moel y Gaer, and within one meer on each side of the middle line of the said meers (map attached, showing shafts, two swallows and Denbigh to Northop post road).

Term: 21 years.

Royalty: 30s. per ton of lead ore, boose and smythom.

Endorsed: declaration that the lease was made to the use of the Governor and Company for Smelting down Lead with Pit Coal and Sea Coal, and assignment to them, 24 Apr 1731.
