Quarries of free and other building stone in lands near Coedpoeth, township of Bersham, called Peny-gelly Quarries, containing 3 acres 2 roods 1 perch (map endorsed).

Term: 7 years.

Rent: £25 per annum.

Royalty: 1½d. per cubic yard of flag stones, 1d. per foot of all dimension stones, and 1½d. per horse load of rubble stones.

Endorsed: surrender in consideration of new lease, 9 July 1873.
