Mines of lead ore, boose, smythom and calamine on the mountain or waste ground in Whitford at Golch Hill, running along the turnpike road from Holywell to St. Asaph, beginning at Holway House and terminating at the ground lately leased by (i) to Mr Richard Whitehouse at Bryn Drynog Hill, being twenty-seven and a half meers in length and six in breadth (map attached, showing Holway ucha House and Saithaelwyd House); the workings not to exceed seventy-five yards in depth, measured at a shaft near Saethaelwyd.

Term: 21 years.

Royalty: 30s. per ton of lead ore, boose or smythom, and 20s per ton of calamine.
