Administrative / Biographical History
Mr. Faber, an economist, was formerly a Lecturer in the University College of Rhodesia and Nyasaland until declared a prohibited immigrant by the Federal government. He then worked in Zambia (1964 - 67), and later became Director of the Technical Assistance Group, Commonwealth Secretariat.
