Thanks Young for reprints. "We are going through hard times that require strong nerves. The injustice of our Henleinists is contrary to both human and divine rights. If there are people who break down T.G. Masaryk's monuments - as our Germans do - such people cannot be bearers of either culture or civilization. Our nation, however, has faith in itself and is determined to defend itself. Our case shall not be that of Austria." Encloses two photographs of a defaced statue of T.G. Masaryk.

Conditions Governing Use
Identification of copyright holders of unpublished material is often difficult. Permission to make any published use of any material from the collection must be sought in advance from the Archivist. We will try to assist in identifying copyright owners but the responsibility for copyright clearance before publication ultimately rests with the reader.
