In this manuscript letter Coningham writes of the activities of their friend, a Mr Walker; he had appointed 11 o'clock that day to see Thornton Hunt and called but was not admitted, he may now think he has "compromised himself with an Editor?".

Coningham has taken the ground floor of No. 58 Pall Mall for the"Co-operation Association".
