Letter from John Turner to Robert Owen

Scope and Content

Manuscript letter: Turner requests that Owen settle an account, or a "minority" of it, before Owen leaves London. He states that Owen's failure to do so will be the "ruin" of his "prospects," but because he knows Owen is aware of his financial position, he is confident that he does not need to worry about Owen not setting the account.
